My truck always leave with the best shine. Towel program is amazing. Vacuums are solid. Cleanliness of the whole facility is top notch. Go in an Expert, leave a Pro.

This is an update to a review I gave after having a bad day and it was unfair and i have since deleted. My apologies to any staff it may have offended. This was actually the best experience I have had at a car wash and I have been to all the competitors. I cant say enough how pleasant and helpful the staff were during my visit. I was greeted by Ryan who I believe was the acting manager at the time. He gave his pitch and when I told him I just couldnt afford a membership he still made me feel welcome and still offered any assistance I might need. That was not my experience at a couple of the direct competitors. On top of that the wash itself did an amazing job given the condition of my vehicle. If and when I get a newer car and can afford a membership it will be at clean. And specifically at this location. TLDR of it is I highly recommend giving them a try next time you need a thorough wash and a pleasant experience.

I used to be a member, but the price is so not worth it! The car wash doesn’t do a very good job, sometimes it will stop while you’re in it because of a “sensor issue”. A worker actually said to us yesterday that “because of stupid people” that was the reason it would stop. The water smelt awful going through and some of the employees are just rude!

With a monthly subscription, I visit this car wash often. Sometimes there is a line, especially when the weather is nice after a period of rain or snow. Snow. Automatic Gates regulate the line, though, and everyone gets their turn. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and your car comes out looking like new! The free vacuums are an added bonus! I'm glad to have this in the neighborhood.

I went here for the first time the other day, and LOVED IT!!! It had been over a year since i had my car washed. (i know, gross!) I stopped going altogether because the other car wash i was using (paying the monthly club fee) no matter what the weather, It never failed, i would go & return home, my wheels and the bottom of my car were still filthy. I was sick of wasting my money. PLUS how do you even know they will wash that part? Prior to going to The Express Auto Wash, the bottom outside, underneath & around all the wheels, had been pretty dirty/caked on. I hesitated to use the drive through washes for fear it will scratch the paint, but i was desperate. I have never been to a better/ more thorough "drive through" car wash before. I have to say they actually DO wash up the "under carriage". Even though we had just had a snowstorm days before, slush & salt was all over the roads, knowing it would just get dirty again, did not deter me. It was VERY reasonably priced, compare to the others in the area, it has a longer drive tunnel and you can actually see the sections doing their job. At the end, the blow dryers hit you extremely well and for longer than the others. This will b
